Eligibility Criteria
Education Requirements
- 10th & 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
- Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
- Eligible Degrees:
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application)
- B.Sc (Bachelor of Science) – Specialisations: Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
Other Requirements
- Mathematics: Core Mathematics is mandatory in Graduation (Applied/Business Maths not accepted)
- Backlogs: 1 backlog allowed at the time of assessment (must clear before 6th semester completion)
- Education Gap: Maximum 3 years (between 10th and graduation start)
- Citizenship: Indian citizens, OCI/PIO cardholders, Bhutan & Nepal citizens with valid certificates
- Age Requirement: 18+ years at the time of registration
Selection Process
Step 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)
This assessment evaluates your verbal, analytical, quantitative, and writing skills.
- Verbal Ability: 20 questions (20 mins)
- Analytical Reasoning: 20 questions (20 mins)
- Quantitative Aptitude: 20 questions (20 mins)
- Written Communication Test: 1 essay (20 mins)
Step 2: Voice Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a voice-based communication test.
Step 3: Business Discussion
Candidates who clear the voice assessment will go through a final interview round.
Step 4: Offer Letter & Pre-Skilling
Selected candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), followed by pre-skilling training before getting the final offer letter.
Service Agreement & Terms: Wipro WILP Recruitment 2024
- Employment Bond: 60 months (5 years)
- Payback Clause: If you leave before 5 years, the joining bonus must be returned on a pro-rata basis.
