  4. Content Creation and Editing: Research, write, edit, and proofread content for various mediums, including videos and images.
  5. Instruction and Support: Provide remedial instruction in tool usage and other relevant topics as required, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills.
  6. Quality Audits/Verification: Maintain high internal quality standards by conducting quality audits and verification processes.
  7. Feedback and Process Improvement: Offer specific and timely feedback to streamline existing processes, contributing to the team’s continuous improvement and achieving more consistent results with high quality.
