- Ambiguity Reduction:
- Generate creative solutions to reduce ambiguity, including identifying training needs and simplifying work instructions.
- Continuous Learning:
- Continuously adapt to and learn new features of tools and systems, enhancing the ability to identify and report errors. Follow SOP for error detection in content.
- Floor Support:
- Provide floor support to Data Analysts (DA) by clarifying queries during execution.
- Metric Awareness:
- Stay informed about operational metrics such as productivity (titles processed per hour), quality (defect percentage), and delivery/latency SLA.
- Adhere to metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team and personal goals.
- Proactively contribute to process improvements for effective closure.
- Individual Contributor:
- Function as an individual contributor in this role.
- Attention to Detail:
- Pay meticulous attention to minute details.
- Communication and Professionalism:
- Demonstrate good communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
- Conduct RCA for all duplicate and invalid clarifications, aiming to reduce ambiguity in work instructions through the identification of training needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Eligibility for candidates with degrees such as BE, BSC, B Tech, MCA, Msc, IT, ECE, Electrical, Electronic Engineering.
- A graduate in any field of study, with a preference for quantitative fields like science and engineering (though not mandatory).
- Proficiency in the Windows desktop environment and the use of applications such as Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
- Flexibility and an interest in performing repetitive tasks are required.
- Essential attributes include a high level of energy, a proactive nature, a sense of ownership, drive, and a willingness to confront the challenges of daily deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 0 to 2 years of QA experience.
