Track 1: Analyst Trainee - IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Database Management:
- Describe relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data from database
- Perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
- Write stored procedures for a given Low-Level Design
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Prepare test cases, scripts, and test data
- Execute manual and automated tests
- Analyze root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures

- Work with Data Analytics tools and platforms

Track 2: Analyst Trainee - Multicloud
Job Responsibilities:
The Multicloud Analyst Trainee will maintain and administer computing environments, monitor production servers, and handle incident management. Support will be provided for Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration, and Cloud environments.
Key Activities:
- Perform activities based on defined guidelines in SOPs/Runbooks with understanding of business impact
- Adhere to customer security and compliance requirements
- Follow customer communication etiquettes
- Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement
- Contribute to continuous service improvement plans (CSI)
- Participate proactively in knowledge-sharing sessions
- Act as a buddy for new hires
- Adhere to organizational policies and processes including Cognizant's security policies, LP, timelines, etc.
Role Expectations:

Job Description:
Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems and IT services.
Primary Responsibilities:
First-Line Support:
- Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users
- Address IT-related issues and inquiries
- Log and track all support tickets
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems
Technical Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Perform diagnosis and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues
- Ensure prompt resolution of escalated problems
