About this role at Kapture CX
As an AI Delivery Intern you support the end-to-end delivery of AI voicebots and chatbots for enterprise clients. You work alongside the AI Delivery team on prompt engineering, conversation design and the speech and language pipeline that powers the bots, turning client requirements into live, production-grade experiences. This is a Bengaluru role and the team works five days a week from the office.
Key responsibilities
- Write, test and iterate prompts for LLM-powered voicebots and chatbots, including conversation flows, tool-calling logic and guardrails
- Design and refine conversation experiences across multi-turn, multi-intent and multilingual scenarios
- Configure and tune the speech pipeline, evaluating and optimising Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech and LLM components
- Perform log-based root cause analysis, tracing errors and proposing fixes
- Build and run QA and evaluation frameworks, and support client rollouts and go-lives
Eligibility and who can apply
