About the Internship
This is an IT Service Desk internship where you will help the company's internal teams and clients with their tech related problems. You will provide support both onsite and remotely. The work will be under the guidance of senior team members so you will get proper learning.
You will be part of the Global IT team and report to the Service Delivery Manager. The company has users across the world so you might also help international users with their IT issues.
What Work You Will Do
Your daily tasks will include helping internal and external teams with their technical and operational queries. You will assist the team with administrative work and documentation.
You will also participate in brainstorming sessions and share your ideas. Preparing reports and presentations will be part of your work. You will collaborate with different team members on projects and attend team meetings and workshops.
Basically you will learn how IT support works in a real company environment while doing actual work.
Who Can Apply
Students who are pursuing or have recently completed B.E, B.Tech, BCA or B.Sc can apply for this internship.
You should have good communication skills in English, both speaking and writing. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. If you know any scripting like PowerShell, Terminal or CMD, that will be helpful.
