About the team
The Global Delivery team is responsible for delivering products to customers in support of client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalised analytical data requests. The role is accountable for delivering transactional, batch and self-serve solutions for internal and external customers within agreed service levels. This is done by processing and loading requests as per client requirements, so that good-quality outputs and reports are produced and delivered to clients.
Role overview and core responsibilities
- Deliver service excellence for batch order fulfilment.
- Perform pre-validations, and work with the customer-engagement and sales teams to understand requirements and to sort out any major issues that would affect quality.
- Produce good-quality output within the set turnaround times, so that clients can make better credit decisions.
- Make sure any data-related concerns are handled before the output is delivered to customers.
- Validate the batch fulfilment system setup and output, including data extraction, cleansing and validation based on the customer's requirements.
- Review and process work requests using internally built tools, and confirm that all requirements are met.
- Process good-quality input data so that a high match rate is achieved.
- Build a good understanding of the business, the domain and the products.
- Point out where the efficiency or quality of a process can be improved.
- Follow the documented processes and take part in documentation reviews.
- Handle queries and complaints in a timely manner, and keep to the agreed KPI targets.
What you will bring
Essential:
- 0 to 2 years of experience, with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations research or an equivalent field, and a good academic record.
- A focus on service quality, and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work with people at different levels inside and outside the company.
- The ability to work on your own and also within a team, and to plan and organise your workload with some guidance.
- The ability to solve problems and to handle several tasks in a fast-paced setting, with good time management.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work in US timings.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with credit-bureau offerings.
- Experience with programming and data-manipulation languages such as any ETL tool, Unix, SQL or Python.
- Basic knowledge of Autosys or another scheduling tool.
