Wipro WILP 2026 for BCA & B.Sc Graduates (2024 & 2025 Batch)
Wipro has opened the Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP) for the 2026 financial year hiring cycle. The programme is built for BCA and B.Sc graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches who want to start work at Wipro while pursuing an M.Tech sponsored by the company. Applications close at 11:59 PM on 30 June 2026 and the role is open across India.
This is a four-year programme. You join as a Scholar Trainee, draw a monthly stipend that steps up each year, and study M.Tech at a partner institution in India alongside the job. The fees are sponsored by Wipro. If you stay through the 60-month service period, you finish with both a Wipro work record and a Master's degree.
