- Requirements Gathering:
- Gather, analyze, and document the functional & technical requirements of the project
- Icons should meet requirement standards.
- Design and Analysis:
- Interpret the functional specifications allocated and make that assessment.
- Ask clarifying questions to Stakeholders.
- Help with the creation of proof-of-concepts.
- Coding:
- Writing code for business logic, interface, service layers, and DB procedurals as required.
- Raise and resolve issues or concerns with the lead swiftly.
- Requesting Periodic reviews by peers or senior developers.
- G- Review or testing feedback based, Rework code
- Peer Code review and risk highlight.
- Assist in the integration of constructed modules.
- Track traceability matrix for the built work package.
- Responsible for following project processes and tools, in particular as related to quality management and software configuration management (SCM) policies.
- Testing:
- Unit test cases should be written and reviewed by peers/senior developers.
- Run test cases and fix the defect if found.
- Enforce SCM policies in the test arena.
- Help in integrating developed components into the application
- Wherever possible, use automation tools for testing.
- Defect Management:
- Review feedback and defects identified in previous testing phases, and based on it rework the code.
- Process Improvements and Adherence
- Propose potential process efficiencies or value-added projects and communicate them with all necessary functions.
- Adhere to all the processes and tools already in place.
- Knowledge Management:
- Maintain knowledge assets like user manuals, online help docs, installation guides, and scripts
- Contribute all assets back to the repository.
