Become a key player in crafting the future of partner solutions at Apptio. As a member of the Partner Technology Services team, you’ll collaborate closely with our partner network and internal teams to create and launch joint solutions. This position requires you to understand our partners’ technical needs, design solutions that benefit both partners and customers, and act as a technical bridge between our company and partner organizations. You will also provide technical support and training to ensure our partners successfully implement and adopt these joint solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Support and manage clients using the Apptio SaaS solution, resolving issues promptly.
- Handle operational management of clients, such as data loading and dashboard/report maintenance.
- Foster and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Work within an extended support team in a startup-like environment, going the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
- Utilize your business and technical analysis skills and IT environment knowledge to resolve complex issues and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Understanding of relational database concepts.
- Basic programming and web development skills (e.g., Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL).
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proficiency in handling large datasets in Excel, detecting and resolving data-related issues swiftly.
- Experience in technical design through iterative mockups.
- Knowledge of IT services and financial management, including budgeting, cost allocations, and application/infrastructure support.
- Operational knowledge of IT infrastructure domains such as data centers, networks, servers, virtual environments, storage, and application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation.
- Ability to understand and streamline complex spreadsheets/data into the Apptio solution.
- Self-starter capable of grasping complex concepts with minimal assistance.
- Ability to switch between multiple complex tasks efficiently.
