Jansen Japan is looking for Japanese speakers for Application Tech Support Practitioner. You run the service desk operations to act as a liaison between the clients and the company and makes sure that they are addressed on time.

Roles & Responsibilities: Accenture Recruitment 2024

• Provide voice support for Japanese clients and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Service Desk Operations Management (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Keep detailed records of Service Desk activities and compliance with SLAs.

Split from Arthur Andersen

In 1989 Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting became separate units of Andersen Worldwide Société Coopérative (AWSC). The tensions between the two units built throughout the 1990s. The firm was ousted, and Andersen Consulting was paying Arthur Andersen up to 15 per cent of its profits each year (one provision of the 1989 split was that the more profitable unit – whether AA or AC, pay the other the 15 per cent) as Arthur Andersen was competing with Andersen Consulting through its own newly established business consulting service line called Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
