MS Excel domain experience, ISV & Hi-Tech industry experience preferred This is an office-based job in a rotational shift pattern. English is a must for this role. Key Role: The candidate will role be a data analyst & reporting contributing towards the company’s strategic mission.

• Gather online data and research the trends and patterns that help a business make decisions.
• Report and dashboard — Use MS Excel to create deep reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and interpret What You Do
• Analyze data to deliver business process improvement information and Trip Decision System.
• Monitor the key performance indicators to ensure they align with business objectives.
• Help create and maintain data management systems
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Contribute to data-driven strategies to gain higher operational efficiency.
• Present results and insights to a technical and non-technical audience.
• Join team meetings and help streamline data analysis
• Be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests from different departments
• Work in rotational shifts to deliver continuous support & reports on time.

• Have good knowledge of MS Excel with advanced functions and data visualization techniques
• Understand the data needs as a domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries
• Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal command of the English language.

• Have the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented atmosphere.
