Job Responsibilities: JP Morgan Off Campus hiring Drive 2023

Onboarding, maintenance and off-boarding of JP Morgan Equity and Credit Research analysts and their research company coverage into the firm’s proprietary system

Provide prompt and value-added inquiry services and solutions to the Research Analysts
Handle day-to-day inquiries and requests relating to their user and company profiles
Take ownership in pending cases by following up closely and providing proactive updates to the requestors

Perform excel reconciliations and conduct in-depth analysis of the mis-matches
Participating in various projects as assigned and partnering with relevant teams to ensure the agenda is clearly understood to facilitate its delivery
Ensure risk/compliance guidelines are followed at all times while meeting business needs

Prompt escalation to the manager wherever necessary
Continuously improve product and service quality, enhance process controls, and ensure data quality
Individual contributor role with no people management

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong teamwork ethic
Be a self-starter and demonstrate commitment to work and to the team

Detail oriented with a mindset for data quality
Demonstrate ability to work effectively and independently across different businesses and functional area
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize work efforts and able to adjust to changing priorities

Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Should be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple senior stakeholders
Flexible to work in rotating shifts as per Asia and EMEA timings

Understanding of financial products is an added advantage
