Key Responsibilities: Razorpay Off Campus Hiring 2024
- Design, and execute overall start-up client onboarding process to ensure top-of-the-line support for their financial growth through our products & services.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders in the start-up community, founders / CEOs/ Policy-makers.
- Manage, and lead a team of Account Managers – guide, coach, and support to ensure desired performance and customer satisfaction
- Based on client feedback, works with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement and product enhancement opportunities
- Maintain working knowledge of industry trends and competitive analysis; use information to identify potential growth opportunities

- Degree in a relevant field; MBA Bachelor preferred.
- Experience in Account Manager/Biz Dev ideally within the start-up/fintech world.
