- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related area.
- Having some familiarity with SAP Technologies and Products would be a significant advantage.
- Exceptional written, spoken communication, and presentation skills are necessary for effectively conveying issues and concerns.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proficiency with operating systems like Linux and Windows, along with a solid grasp of OS-level system administration concepts, is expected. Familiarity with Relational and In-Memory DBMS concepts is essential.
- Practical experience with HANA and/or ASE is advantageous. Having a background in SAP technologies, especially in an SAP support or consulting setting, is beneficial.
- Understanding the fundamentals of technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions, including tasks such as installations, migrations, upgrades, and operations in intricate environments, is considered an asset. Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), virtualisation technologies, and cloud storage systems is valuable.
- A sound comprehension of network principles is crucial, encompassing key aspects of WAN technologies, DNS configuration, Firewall / Port setup, NSGs, Routers, subnets, and their interconnected functions. Basic knowledge of network and virtual technologies, such as load-balancers and virtual machines, is appreciated.
- Adopting a customer-centric mindset is pivotal, emphasising the highest standards of service quality, customer satisfaction, and accomplishment. The ability to comprehend customer business objectives and translate them into technical requisites and easily adaptable solutions that cater to their needs is vital.

One of SAP’s major clients has initiated their transformation journey with “RISE with SAP” and entrusted SAP itself to transition their operations to cloud infrastructure. In line with this transformation, around 80 productive landscapes need to be migrated to Microsoft’s (Azure) and Amazon’s (AWS) infrastructure. Simultaneously, the customer is undergoing SAP S/4HANA transformation, aiming to become a fully Intelligent Enterprise.
To ensure optimum service and effectively manage the intricacies of this project, we are assembling a dedicated team within the Enterprise Cloud Services Region MEE. This team will work exclusively for this customer. The team’s objective is to oversee and operate the entire SAP landscape of the customer while driving the adoption of innovative practices.
