The role in one line

Part content manager, part researcher, part operator: the Operations Associate manages what the company publishes, studies what competitors do, talks to customers, and keeps the platforms running every day.

What you will manage day to day

• Content management and creation: own the content calendar end to end. Draft job posts, articles and scripts using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar), polish them to publishing standard, and publish across classicjobs.in and the company's social channels.
• YouTube and social management: track the company's channels and the competitor landscape daily. Analyse what rival channels publish, what performs, and where the gaps are, then turn that into the week's content plan.
• Platform operations: publish and maintain job listings on classicjobs.in and keep daily operations moving across classicprofile.com and the rest of the Classic ecosystem.
• Research and client execution: online research, data collection, structured data entry and form submissions for client engagements, handled accurately and under confidentiality.
• Customer conversations: calls with users and buyers, understanding what they need and guiding them to the right product.
• Sales support: help sell the company's digital products and services, contributing directly to revenue targets.

The one skill that is non-negotiable

Communication. Clear spoken and written English, confidence on phone calls with customers, and writing that people actually want to read. Everything else in this role can be taught. This cannot be skipped.

Where you work

The Founder's Office in Hinjawadi, Pune: a dedicated flat workspace where the company operates. It is a small startup workspace. You sit with the founder, see every decision up close, and your work lands in front of real users the same day. Work is from office; this is a fully in-person role.
