Primary Responsibilities: Optum off campus hiring

• Review data and identify trends to recommend ways to improve first-pass denial rates and decrease overall AR age.
• Be trained as an Accounts Receivable Specialist; full cycle accounting, claim lifecycle
• Ensure that all workflow tasks are done in the turnaround time & quality.
• Evaluate EOBs and denials on a claim level basis, enabling you to discover trends affecting dollar amounts and claim volumes that can help you make process improvements.
• Carry out other tasks as required.
• Follow the terms of their employment contract, as well as company policies and procedures, and directives about moving locations, teams or schedules and other decisions needed to adjust business. The Company, may from time to time, in its sole discretion, modify these policies and directives.
