Job Summary
The Associate Analyst role requires collaboration with the Digital and Transformation team to support IT-enabled business solutions. The role involves assistance in system configuration and enhancement for SAP APO in terms of:
- Demand Planning
- SNP (Supply Network Planning)
- PPDS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling)
- Production Support
Key Responsibilities
Core Duties:
- Develop basic understanding of organization's vision and business processes
- Support planning and operations teams
- Document and translate business needs into clear user stories
- Learn and apply standard best practices for identifying business requirements
- Propose improvements and support design of technical/process solutions
Agile & Project Work:
- Contribute as junior member of agile sprint teams
- Support configuration, testing, and documentation tasks
- Work with tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
- Deliver system functionality meeting business requirements
System Support:
- Provide day-to-day system support
- Help with routine maintenance activities
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements (SOX, FDA GMP)
- Support APO and Planning integration teams
- Assist with issue tracking and monitoring key system activities
SAP APO Specific:
- Participate in projects involving APO on S/4HANA and PPDS implementation
- Assist with system configuration and data validation
- Support testing and user training activities
- Create and update system documentation (SOPs, work instructions, job aids)
- Follow established ERP change control processes
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Required) OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (Required)
Experience:
- 0-3 years of related work experience (Freshers Preferred)
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) - Preferred
