TransUnion is hiring an Analyst, Global Delivery in Chennai. This is an entry-level opening for freshers with 0–2 years of experience, and it is a hybrid role.

Team overview

The Global Delivery team is responsible for delivering products to customers in support of client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalized analytical data requests. The role delivers transactional, batch and self-serve solutions for internal and external customers within agreed service levels, processing and loading requests to client requirements so that good-quality outputs and reports reach clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence for batch order fulfilment.
• Perform pre-validations and engage with customer-engagement and sales teams to understand requirements and address anomalies that would impact quality.
• Produce good-quality output within specified turnaround times to support better credit decision-making by clients.
• Validate batch fulfilment system setup and output — data extraction, cleansing and validation based on customer requirements.
• Review and process work requests using internally developed tools, ensuring good-quality input data and a high match rate.

Work model

This is a hybrid position — a minimum of two days per week in-person at an assigned TransUnion office (Chennai).

Eligibility

• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers eligible), per the official posting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations research, or an equivalent field.
